= ALLERGY WARNING =
All suits are made and stored in a cat and bird friendly household. If you have any other allergies PLEASE LET US KNOW.
YOU MUST BE 18 YEARS OLD OR OLDER TO COMMISSION ME FOR CUSTOM WORK OR BUY ANY OF MY PREMADES
If you are not 18 years of age, then your parent or guardian must be the one to contact me for work and handle all the correspondence and the payments. I am 100% open to making suits for kids as long as it is done this way.
Buyer must pay separate (from quote) for shipping when the time comes. Can be shipped within the US and internationally. I am currently based out of IL. All shipping is done through USPS unless client requests otherwise. I will almost always ship priority (2-3 day) within the states so your suit can spend as less time in the mail as possible.
Shipping costs will not be collected until the item(s) are ready to send. Once I have shipped off your package and sent you tracking. I am no longer responsible for the item. Especially financially. If your package is lost or damaged by the mail carrier I can not guarantee anything other than helping you file lost package/damage claims to get reimbursed for the items. If I am awarded that reimbursement then it will be immediately sent to the client. Once you get your package, please make sure to review your fursuit for any damages (especially during extreme weather conditions as this can sometimes affect your items) or mistakes and notify me as soon as possible.
NOTE TO INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I do not list items on customs as gifts nor will I lie about the value of the item inside to save you money. It is ILLEGAL. I am not going to compromise myself or my business so you can save some cash. Be prepared for possible custom fees if ordering from me. This is not up for debate.
Any costume that cannot be delivered (due to lack of payment and/or delivery address) will be held for 3 months and then sold.
Unless I specifically offer, I will not guarantee any deadlines. If you have a specific deadline in mind I will do anything in my power to complete your project by said deadline. A rushed project and stressed maker are not good things. Please keep this in mind when commissioning me.
All prices are in USD (American Dollars). Buyer can pay with Paypal or any other form of payment accepted in Paypal invoices. I use paypal invoices for all commission payments for both the buyer and my own protection.
Payment plans are available, are case by case and must be discussed/approved prior to commissioning me. Failure to make payment can result in being pushed back on the queue or worst case scenario being kicked off the queue entirely and having your commission terminated.
In the case that your commission gets terminated due to missed/non-existent payments, refunds are case by case and there is a chance you may not get a refund depending on the work already completed on my end. Any progress made on your commission will be discarded of or modified for re-sell.
The artist reserves the right to cancel any commission; at any stage of the process; if the client is rude, threatening/dangerous, or otherwise unreasonable to work with.
Refunds are not available for 30% of the deposit, regardless of circumstance. 30% fee covers the outsourced materials, artist's lost time and wages spent on consultation, research, and design of the project (even if no product has yet been made).
Once a costume is complete, a refund is no longer available. If a commission happens to be cancelled during construction, a refund will be warranted based off what work has already been done. This reflects the remaining 70% of the total cost and is calculated by hours worked on the suit and materials used.
All suits we make have a 90-day warranty from the date of shipping. if considering the warranty, please have the shipping post marked within the 90 days, otherwise fees may be applied to otherwise free services. The warranty includes, but is not limited to, holes or ripped seams, incorrect sizes of parts such as head, hands and feet, and areas where adhesives fail.
This warranty will NOT cover wear and tear (though feel free to write me anytime for advice on how to do small repairs, upkeep, cleaning), self-inflicted damage, and incorrect sizing of parts of which the commissioner is accountable for (for example, having size 8 shoes but requesting a suit with size 6 shoes). Any outside modifications (that have not already been given the okay by us) voids the warranty and any adjustments/repair thereafter will require payment.
